Cain

Ok, so I was reading through Genesis 4 and I saw something I hadn't before. After Cain kills his younger brother Abel, God curses him. And Cain says: "My punishment is more than I can bear...I will be a restless wanderer and hover finds me will kill me." Already, in the 2nd generation of the world's people, Adam's own son, was fearful of death and recognized that was the consequence of his sin. Yet God marked Cain so that no one would kill him. Yet that probably didn't take away his fear.
