Christmas Season

This Christmas season has CERTAINLY been busy! I've taken a lot of pictures that I want to share, so I'll split them up into a few posts...

A few weeks ago Jack was in the Cary Christmas Parade and so of course we all attended! There were some pretty cool acts (is that what you call them?)/performances, and some rather creepy costumes along the way!

Ziggy here is clearly excited...

The first act? Cary High's alumni band!! I am a huge Imp fan (none of the other high schools in the area can compare to CHS...but that's a whole other rant I have!), and this was too precious!

Salem Elementary's jump rope team!! And why did I take a picture? I went there the first year it was open (3rd grade...good days...) and the man in the picture was my PE teacher!! I remember back in the day I thought he was cute...but you can decide for yourself haha :)

Here are a few VERY creepy costumes that Cal and I shuddered at. Seriously? There are children here! This is scary movie worthy...

Creepiest. Snowman. Ever. Or should I say metrosexual? Either way, s/he gave me the creeps!

Stormy on the other hand is the funnest mascot ever! And even though our team hasn't been playing so great, I am still a diehard Canes fan!!!

All in all, there were tons of cute little people, cars, etc. that participated in the parade! And even though we left early (after 2 and a half hours!!), we had so much fun!! Great way to kick off the Christmas, wintery season!
