Babblings
I keep feeling like I need to blog, but I'm not sure what about, so I'll just fill you all in on recent going-ons.
Cal turned 21, which we celebrated 3 (or 4?) different times, I keep crocheting as if my life depended on it, decorated 1 Christmas tree and built another, we finished classes, I took 1exam and have 1 left, Cal built a fire pit for my mom, we helped friends move, and we went to a Christmas parade (yay Jack!). Oh, and did I mention Cal was asked to stay on at his current engineering firm? So proud of him. I also had an awesome interview for an awesome job this summer that I'll tell you more about in a few weeks...all I can say is 5 home runs in a row, baby! Anyways, we're only 12 days in, but December's been wonderfully insane!
An update on my (still unnamed) book....I did not reach 50,000 words by Nov 30th. However, despite taking a short break from writing, I will soon continue to write and share!
Now I'm off to read my nook (by the way it's commercials are awesome....I totally recommend getting a nook!) and crocheting because I am a brilliant multi tasker ;) Have a beautiful non-Monday Monday!
