I'm back on Facebook. Yes, I took the big leap and deactivated my account by just logging in. It was partially for pleasure, partially for business. I want people to read my work, and the best way to do that is to advertise it through my profile. So yes, I may become that annoying one who constantly says look at my blog! :)

I'm considering entering a $25 writing contest...and I know competition will be hefty, so my question is...what story to submit?! It's between Holding On (which I haven't yet released, minus the excerpt) and The Picture (which I would need to extend by around 1,000 words). I'll probably create a poll on my writing blog (www.adreamingwriter.com) to see which one you guys like more - once I release Holding On! The issue is, I don't find out until October and until then, whichever one I submit I can't attempt to publish with anyone else (literary magazines), which I want to try to do.
