Running

In the past 23 days, I have run just past 50 miles! Woohoo! It may sound cocky, but I'm really proud of myself for achieving that. I try to run 6 miles 3x a week and 7-8 once a week, which doesn't always pan out on a day to day basis. But my shortest run is 4.77 miles and I really try to run 4 times a week, but sometimes my body is too exhausted. I can definitely tell a difference - not only in my measurements and how I look but how I feel. I feel muscles coming out of my arms and a mile is easy peasy now! Compared to a month ago, I run a lot farther before stopping, and I'm improving my pace!

Cardio is the way to go ! :)
