My weekend was filled with errands, golfing, snuggling, and laughter. Friday evening we went to a little gem of Knightdale - a family owned wine (and beer) store that's within walking distance of our apartment. We thought there was a wine tasting, but we had gotten the weeks mixed up, and so we enjoyed a little refreshment while talking to the owner and petting his sweet dog. Cal tried this one beer that had a hint of watermelon to it - it was actually pretty good! Then we walked to get wings right next door, because if you have a beer, wings won't be far behind!

Saturday mornings are my favorite when we get to wake up and enjoy coffee together! We had a busy day filled with errands - we went golfing (I scored a major blister from that), to the bank, mattress shopping, grocery shopping, more mattress shopping, to Target, and we finally purchased one heck-of-a comfy bed! And it even got delivered that night while we ate our only slightly burnt enchiladas. And what better way to welcome in a new mattress than sleepwalking? Sorry for unloading our fridge and cabinet honey...

Sunday we tried yet another church, and we are still processing and thinking about it! Two books I ordered came in, and I am just thrilled to read them once I finish One Thousand Gifts.

Go against the flow and enjoy your Monday!
