Back Again
Hello, old friends!
Wow, has it been a long time since I last posted. Since then, I finished my junior year at State, moved out of my apartment and back with my parents, got married (!), enjoyed a beautiful honeymoon in Jamaica, officially changed my name, and started my full-time summer job as SAS Camp Manager.
I gave the page a new makeover do to all of the changes, and will be blogging about our everyday life so that one day I can look back on the sweet memories of being a newlywed and what transitioning to living with a boy was like :) This, of course, means soon I will have to post pictures of our sweet little apartment! We have a few more things left to do before that happens, but it feels like home.
I'll also be blogging about new recipes I try (which is mostly every night), and my "once a week" dessert that I try and test on my sweet husband and sisters in law on our Bachelorette party nights :)
As for married life...we are loving it. From the time we got married to when we started our full-time jobs, we had 3 full weeks (including our 1 week honeymoon!) where we constantly saw each other. We began to go a bit stir crazy, so we were excited to start our jobs, but now that our first week is over we long for more time together! The evenings and weekends just aren't long enough!
That's all for now! I can't figure out how to take off my signature, so I'll just have to stay C. Loomis on this blog for just awhile longer.
