Book Playlist

Holy Moley, has it been awhile since I updated. For the most part, school has absolutely been bombarding my life and probably 80% of my time...and then I've been spending the other 20% with my sweet, sweet husband (or reading).

Speaking of husbands, here's a cute picture of mine at the airport on his way to Chicago. Sigh.

Thankfully we got to spend all day yesterday together! We went to Mimi's Cafe for a breakfast date, Sam's Club to research new TVs (because 2 year old huge one broke), Knightdale's precious little (and boy do I mean little) fall festival, watched a few movies and ate salsa chicken and guac all night. I enjoyed every second I could soak up of him.

Once a week I get to see Cal relive his glory days from high school baseball. He's one of the pitchers for his team, and each game he gets better and better!

Here's the gem I took when our TV broke. Unfortunately, it was an hour before kickoff on the first football Sunday. Thankfully we had my small TV from college in easy access! We're trying to learn to not be instantly gratified and immediately buy a new one - one week later and we're still going strong!

Hopefully there won't be as much time between this post and my next one! Have a restful Sunday.
